What kind of business documents do you have?
It is important to register your business first in DTI and this is easily done online. If in the first 6 to 8 months our new business is thriving, you may proceed procuring your BIR registration and FDA. For now, DTI will suffice.
Do you conduct workshops?
We offer personalized one-on-one consultations and orientation to our clients. Our goal is to ensure the utmost privacy for our rebranding clients which is why we do not conduct group workshops. You may schedule an appointment with us to secure your free consultation slot.
We take the time to understand your specific objectives and target market enabling us to provide tailored solutions for your label design needs. Our team can recommend tea blends or tea types that align with your market as well as provide creative ideas on how to effectively reach and engage your target market.
What is your mode of payment and shipment?
-We accept bank transfers, Gcash and cash payments
-For companies, we accept cheque payments or 15-days terms
-COD is limited only to 2,000 pesos as we will use the purchase service from grab/lalamove.
-For orders above 20,000 we require 50% dp and balance to be settled upon completion of orders or prior to delivery
ALL FIRST TIME ORDERS WILL HAVE FREE SHIPPING VIA J&T EXPRESS OR FLASH EXPRESS. Succeeding shipments will be shouldered by the buyer.
We ship nationwide via J&T Express or Flash Express. You may also book own courier or pick-up order in our Laspinas office.
