This blend is bursting with ethereal rose gold color which is reminiscent of champagne...taste, it's divine! Don't worry, this won't get you tipsy, just TEApsy with joy. Chamomile has been used as a traditional medicine for thousands of years to calm anxiety and settle upset stomach. It promotes sleep and treats insomnia and reduces muscle spasm. Chamomile is a naturally bitter herb which may aid in liver health. This tea is a fruity floral blend which is good for iced tea or as cold brew tea. The longer you steep, the better it tastes. Steep for at least 5 minutes. Champagne tea, anyone? Comes with free disposable teabags 2 pieces per pouch and canister This tea contains dried pineapple and strawberry and it is best to consume it within 6 months from purchase.

Ingredients: Chamomile, Pineapple, Strawberry

How to Prepare:

1. Get 1 tbsp or 5 grams approx and put in provided teabag or your own infuser

2. Swirl the tea in hot water to prep the leaves for 10 seconds and to wash away any impurities

3. Throw the infusion and pour 200 ml hot water

4. Steep for 3-5 minutes

5. Can be re-steeped for up to 3 time or 3rd cup
