Jasmine is a highly fragrant tea variant which has an excellent antibacterial properties. It reduces joint pains and chronic discomforts. It has a calming effect on nerves. Mint is an equally aromatic herb which is great in easing bloated feeling, clears lung congestion. It also has a calming effect which relieves anxiety.
This tea is sourced from organically-grown and fair-trade suppliers.

Ingredients: Jasmine green tea, jasmine flower, mint

How to Prepare:

1. Get 1 tbsp or 5 grams approx and put in provided teabag or your own infuser

2. Swirl the tea in hot water to prep the leaves for 10 seconds and to wash away any impurities

3. Throw the infusion and pour 200 ml hot water

4. Steep for 3-5 minutes

5. Can be re-steeped for up to 3 time or 3rd cup
