Butterfly Pea tea is made from Clitoria Ternatea plant which has been used in ayrurvedic and traditional Chinese medicine. It is known as a brain booster and improves memory by enhancing growth of neurons and has anti-depressant properties. It also stimulates collagen production making the skin youthful. This tea is an elixir for overall vitality. This tea is sourced from organically-grown and fair-trade suppliers.

Ingredients: Butterfly pea, Stevia

How to Prepare:

1. Get 1 tbsp or 5 grams approx and put in provided teabag or your own infuser

2. Swirl the tea in hot water to prep the leaves for 10 seconds and to wash away any impurities

3. Throw the infusion and pour 200 ml hot water

4. Steep for 3-5 minutes

5. Can be re-steeped for up to 3 time or 3rd cup
