The tea brewed from the dried flowers has a golden hue and a mild, flowery flavor similar to chamomile.

-Chrysanthemum helps lower blood pressure and helps improve heart health, cools the body and induces calmness. It improves bone mineral density and strengthens respiratory functions. Vitamin C and A are both found in high concentrations within chrysanthemum infusion, and both of these vitamins are crucial for immune system health.

-Bamboo leaf is rich in fiber that cleanses bloodstream and lowers cholesterol. It is also rich in silica which promotes skin and hair health.

Ingredients: Chrysanthemum, Bamboo, Goji

How to Prepare:

1. Get 1 tbsp or 5 grams approx and put in provided teabag or your own infuser

2. Swirl the tea in hot water to prep the leaves for 10 seconds and to wash away any impurities

3. Throw the infusion and pour 200 ml hot water

4. Steep for 3-5 minutes

5. Can be re-steeped for up to 3 time or 3rd cup
