Mint is an aromatic herb which is great in clearing lung congestions. It also has a calming effect which relieves anxiety.

Ingredients: green tea, bamboo, mint

How to Prepare:

1. Get 1 tbsp or 5 grams approx and put in provided teabag or your own infuser

2. Swirl the tea in hot water to prep the leaves for 10 seconds and to wash away any impurities

3. Throw the infusion and pour 200 ml hot water

4. Steep for 3-5 minutes

5. Can be re-steeped for up to 3 time or 3rd cup
