This blend is rich in vitamin C that defends you from little sniffles to big achoos. The mighty green tea with a kick of citrus and a punch of Goji makes a warrior in you to knockout invading viruses and what-nots. Goji or Wolfberries are dried berries used in traditional Chinese medicine for many years. It contains high levels of antioxidants and helps lower blood sugar by balancing the insulin and glucose levels. It improves eyesight, aids in weight loss and boosts energy levels. This tea is sourced from organically-grown and fair-trade suppliers. 

Ingredients: green tea, orange, goji berry, stevia

How to Prepare:

1. Get 1 tbsp or 5 grams approx and put in provided teabag or your own infuser

2. Swirl the tea in hot water to prep the leaves for 10 seconds and to wash away any impurities

3. Throw the infusion and pour 200 ml hot water

4. Steep for 3-5 minutes

5. Can be re-steeped for up to 3 time or 3rd cup
