Studies have shown that Thai tea has similar levels of antioxidants as green tea and other herbal teas popularized specifically for their anti-inflammatory benefits. -Fennel is a rich source of vitamins and minerals, and research has found a number of potential health benefits to drinking fennel tea such as relieving irritable bowel syndrome IBS or constipation, relieves painful PMS or cramps and contains strong anti-microbial properties. - Lemongrass also contains substances that help relieve pain and swelling, reduce fever, improve levels of sugar and cholesterol in the blood, stimulate the uterus and menstrual flow, and have antioxidant properties. This is a caffeinated tea, those who are sensitive to caffeine must take in moderation or avoid it altogether.
Ingredients: Thai green tea, orange, rosehip, lemongrass, fennel
How to Prepare:
1. Get 1 tbsp or 5 grams approx and put in provided teabag or your own infuser
2. Swirl the tea in hot water to prep the leaves for 10 seconds and to wash away any impurities
3. Throw the infusion and pour 200 ml hot water
4. Steep for 3-5 minutes
5. Can be re-steeped for up to 3 time or 3rd cup
